Edith Jasa, 77, of Wahoo, died January 27, 1992 at the Saunders County Community Hospital. She was a former deputy for the Register of Deeds office.
She was born November 29, 1914 at Ceresco to John and Hilma (Greenberg) Brodd and grew up on the farm, attending grade in high school in Ceresco, graduating in 1932. She attended Luther College in Wahoo for two years.
She worked at the Mead Ordinance Plant and also the Alaskan Highway Project. She worked for attorney Joe Berggren as a secretary and served as deputy of Register Deeds for three years. She was also a part-time cashier at the Fairview Caf
