    Ethel H. Brodd, 93, Wahoo, died Thursday (12/2/04). Born near Ceresco (2/19/11), to John and Hilma (Gronberg) Brodd. Homemaker. Member: Immanuel Lutheran Church, Ceresco, WELCA; Wahoo Coin Club.
    Survivors: nephews, niece and spouses, Robert and Laura Ann Brodd, Fremont, Roger and Elizabeth Brodd, Elkhorn, James and Carol Jasa, Arlene and Gerald Johnson, all Wahoo; seven great-nieces and great-nephews; 17 great-great nieces and great-at nephews. Preceded in death by: parents; brothers, Henry, Herbert, Harold, Carl and Evald; sisters, MIldred, Ella, Emeline and Edith; great-nephew, Bill Brodd.
    Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Immanuel Lutheran Church. Swedeburg Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation: 2-8p.m. Monday with family greeting friends 4-6 p.m., Nelson Funeral Home, 505 Second St., Ceresco; one hour prior to services, church. Memorialshe church, Saunders County Care Center; or the Saunders County Miuseum.

    WAHOO -Ethel H. Brodd, 93, of Wahoo died Dec. 2 at the Saunders County Care Center in Wahoo.
    Brodd was born Feb. 19, 1911 near Ceresco to John and Hilma (Gronberg) Brodd. She attended Shakespeare School District 59.
    She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church at Ceresco, WELCA and the Wahoo Coin Club.
    She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Henry, Herbert, Harold, Carl and Evald; sisters, Mildred, Ella, Emeline and Edith; and a great-nephew, Bill Brodd; a sister-in-law, Dorothea Brodd; and a brother-in-law, Leonard Jasa.
    She is survived by nephews and nieces and spouses, Robert and Laura Ann Brodd of Fremont, Roger and Elizabeth Brodd of Elkhorn, James and Carol Jasa of Wahoo, Arlene and Gerald Johnson of Wahoo; seven great-nieces and nephews; 17 great-great-ces and nephews.
    Services were held Tuesday, Dec. 7 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Ceresco with Pastors Eric and Rhonda Bostrom officiating. Burial was at the Swedeburg Lutheran Cemetery.
    Memorials may be made in her name to the church, Saunders County Care Center or the Saunders County Museum.
    Nelson Funeral Home of Ceresco was in charge of the arrangements.
