Music was "How Great Thou Art", "Amazing Grace", "Ave Maria", and "Be Not Afraid". Soloist was Gretchen Doerneman. Organist was David Schmidt. Pallbearers were Jerry Kremer, Roger Hurt, Tony Buresh, Claude Hall, Larry Miley, Brad Jones, and Mitchell Jones. Honorary Pallbearers were Larry Ficke, Don Nichols, and Rodney Kennedy.

Military Services performed by Nebraska Army National Guard. Interment in Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery, Lincoln, Lancaster, Nebraska at 12:00 p.m.
