Name Richard Isadore Palm Notes - Richard was a brother of Oscar Palm. He served in WWI where he came in contact with poison gas. He seemed to recover from the gas and went home to MN to raise potatoes with his dad. He did very well and paid for his farm in 3 years. But then he again became sick from the gas and it slowly paralyzed his body, killing him. His wife and children then moved to Ceresco, Saunders, NE. In 1917 on his WWI card he was single living in Cummings, Traill, ND and farming.
