Jacobsen, 101, of Fremont was at 11 a.m. today at Sinai Lutheran Church in Fremont. She died Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2002, at Arbor Manor in Fremont. Olga Cedardahl was born May 31, 1901, in Fremont to Olin and Nettie (Nelson) Cedardahl. She attended a Fremont grade school, Fremont Senior High School and the former Fremont College. She married Al Jacobsen Aug. 4, 1925, in Fremont. She had worked as an office assistant and secretary in the office of Dr. C.K. Struble for 15 years. Later, she and her husband operated the former Palace Ice Cream Parlor in downtown Fremont until 1951. She then was a clerk in the Dodge County Assessor's Office from 1953 to October 1973, when she retired. Her spouse preceded her in death in November 1965. She was an active, longtime member of Sinai Lutheran Church in Fremont. She also had been a member of Arbor Vitae Chapter 92 Order of Eastern Star, the American Association of Retired Persons, and she had been active in several clubs and with volunteer work. Survivors include: a son, Warren (and wife, Diane) Jacobsen of Omaha; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson. The Rev. Michael Ostrom officiated today's service. Burial was in Memorial Cemetery in Fremont. Memorials are suggested to Sinai Lutheran Church or the charity of the donor's choice. FAG | Cederdahl, Olga Florence (I1542)
