Leonard Palm stayed with Elsa and Peter as a boy when they lived in Ceresco NE. The amount grew until they gave him the farm in Ceresco, which they owned in stead of money. His farm was in the Rock Creek Precinct, section 4, 155.20 acres. It was 5 miles west and 5 miles north of Ceresco NE. Fred Martinson, interviewed a relative and made notes that Peter P. Eklund had a brother in South Dakota. The notes alslso say there were twin girls, Anna and Hannah. It is not clear however if they were sisters of Peter Eklund or daughters of the South Dakota brother?? He died of heart problems. Leonard Palm said Peter was bedridden for quite some time before h he died. His fathers name was Per Pearson, born in Sweden (from death cert.).
