HENRY HEISER

CERESCO - Henry Heiser, 81, of Lincoln, died May 13, in Lincoln General Hospital. He was born December 6,1904 in Valparaiso to Henry and Christiana Haag.
He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Ceresco, a member of the Golden Age Group, and a former employee of Cushman's in Lincoln.
Heiser is survived by his wife, Norma of Lincoln, two sons, Paul Heiser of Ceresco, and James Heiser of McMinnsville, Ore; a brother, Fritz Heiser of Ceresco; a sister, Emma Palmer of Lincoln, and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were last Friday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Ceresco. Rev. Richard Woolard officiating. Internment was at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery in Lincoln.
Casket bearers were Boyd Heiser, John Heiser, Brent Heiser, William Heiser, James Heiser and Paul Heiser. Nelson Funeral Home, Ceresco.

Henry married Norma Irene Walin on 21 Dec 1927 in the Walin family farm home, northwest of Ceresco, Saunders County, Nebraska. Norma (daughter of Klaes (Claus) Levine Walin and Anna Matilda Brodd) was born on 13 Mar 1901 in Rural Ceresco, Saunders County, Nebraska; died on 30 Apr 2001 in Wahoo, Saunders County, Nebraska. Survivors: sons, daughters-in-law, Paul H. and Norma E., Ceresco, James L. and Carlene, McMinnville, Ore.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews.
Memorial services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Immanuel Lutheran Church, Ceresco. The Rev. Fred Meuter. Interment: 10 a.m. Saturday, Lincoln Memorial Park. Family and friends meet at 9:45 a.m. at Gate 2. HEISER - WALIN WEDDING

A pretty home wedding was solemnized Wednesday evening at 7:00 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Walin when their daughter, Miss Norma became the bride of Mr. Henry Heiser, son of Mrs. Christiana Heiser. Rev. A.H. Peterson officiating After the ceremony, about forty guests enjoyed a bountiful wedding supper. Mr. and Mrs. Heiser will go to housekeeping on a farm west of town. We join the host of friends in wishing this highly esteemed young couple much happiness and prosperity in their journey through life together.
