By the time the 1910 Census rolled around, much had happened to the Rademacher family! They are still living in Crete, Nebraska, but we see that Joe Rademacher has married Anna (Annie), and they have two chldren, Theodore and Clement. Of course, “Theodore” would be Dale’s grandfather, Ted Rademacher.
Joe and Annie are living right next door to Joe’s parents, Joseph and Josepha, who still have three daughters living at home with them (Josephine, Elizabeth and Catherine).
So who is Joe’s wife Anna? To answer that question, we will need to explore the history of the Winkler and Burkey families, plus we will detour up to South Dakota and see what the Peter family has been up to. Stay tuned!
